2022 SCCFA Annual Business Meeting

Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

The Business Meeting of the Southern Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association will be held at 12:45pm, June 13, 2022 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. Delegates will vote on new members to the Board of Directors and any other pertinent business. (Only Active Members and the first EIGHT Corporate Memberships from each company are eligible to vote).

This Certificate of Appointment must be on file with the Credentials and Election Committee before a ballot will be issued to the Delegate.

NOTICE: The Bylaws Committee will present proposed SCCFA Bylaws Amendments at this annual business meeting. Please review the redline copy of the proposed bylaws amendments with the following:

• Amendments highlighted in yellow have been approved by the SCCFA Board of Directors at their board meeting held Tuesday, May 10, 2022. These changes will be reflected in the SCCFA Bylaws and an updated copy will be posted on the SCCFA web site following our Annual Business Meeting. 
• Proposed Amendments highlighted in gray will be presented by vote by members in attendance at our Annual Business Meeting.
